OUR MEDIUM: Henna has been used for centuries in middle-eastern countries and in India to beautify the skin with temporary tattoos that last two weeks on average. This medium lives a renaissance wave in the world today because of its appeal to many that want to try the fashion of a tattoo without suffering the permanent effect of it. For this reason, it is a pleasure to give those that would like it, a taste of this ancient body art form into this futuristic era we live in.

OUR SERVICE: We send one or more of our affiliated henna artists to the Sponsor’s location upon request. The artist(s) will come to the Sponsor’s event with freshly mixed henna paste to apply on the sponsor’s guests. The designs requested by any of the Sponsor’s guests should not be of any offensive nature to the artist(s) or to other guests. The henna artist holds the ultimate discretion on special requests for henna designs. The Sponsor should also advise his/her guests to manage and respect the artist’s work and time. Upon request from the sponsor, we can arrange a meeting between the artist(s) and the Sponsor to screen the artist’s books of designs.

OUR ARTISTS: All HennaPage.net affiliated henna artists are current or graduated graphic/art students with the hobby of drawing using this magnificent medium. All the artists are professionals with no prior history of any offense. We hold information on all its affiliated artists, such as address, phone number and other vital information so you can feel safe welcoming our artists into your event. Most of all, we work with each one very closely to be able to guarantee their work as an artist. The Sponsor has the choice for a female or male artist, depending on availability. They all have completed our 4-hour henna artist course where they’ve learned how to mix, apply and speak about this wonderful art form. We invite you to have a pleasant conversation while getting your henna design.

OUR FEES: the Sponsor shall submit a deposit fee of 50% of the estimated charge at least 15 days prior to the event in the form of check or credit card payment. The hourly rates are as follows:

$100 per hour for one henna artist. On average, a henna artist can do about 20-30 henna tattoos per hour at corporate events and 15-25 henna tattoos at private events.
$25 materials fee per 2 hour period.
$25 for out of the area Sponsors per 20 miles traveled. If the event our henna artist(s) has(ve) to drive longer than 10 miles to reach your event location. For driving distance over 35 miles, please inquire first.
$10 per hour per artist for meeting with Sponsor to review the artist’s books of designs and prepare for event. This is at the Sponsor's request. This fee is waived if you are within 10 miles of your henna artist.

CORPORATE SPONSORS: We develop/adapt henna designs using your company logo or name. This will allow a smaller choice for guests, guarantee the name as an advertisement, and speed up the number of designs our artists do in an hour. Customized henna application is the next marketing tool, where you customers advertise your logo on their skin for 2 weeks! The impact of a customer showing your logo on their skin is far more impressive than a billboard on the freeway.

SCHOOL FUNDRAISERS: If you are organizing an event for your school or non-profit organization, and you would like our henna artists to charge event-goers per henna design, we will only charge you the relocation fee (driving fee for the artist to get to your event, usually $25).

PUBLIC EVENTS: If you are a promoter of a fair, festival or any event where you think henna application could be a plus, fill out the form below and one of our artists will contact you.

CONCERNS ABOUT HAIR DYES: Under NO circumstances should any artist) use any additives containing PPD agents. In fact, PPD (P-Phenylenediamine) is a chemical known for triggering severe, detrimental, harmful scaring on many individuals. PPD is a harmful chemical to the human skin and shall under no circumstances be added to the henna paste of our artists. Our Company is promoting natural henna products that are 100% natural. Our company’s mission is to henna tattoo everyone that would like to with safe and natural henna. Our artists mix natural henna powder coming from the plant called Lawsonia Inermis, added with a mixture of water, lemon and eucalyptus oil.

OUR CREDENTIALS: include many home parties (Bar Mitzvahs, Birthdays, Weddings, Bridal showers, Halloween parties, Sorority houses) as well as office parties (Christmas parties, Receptions, Benefits and Fund-raisers). We have also been to schools Carnivals, Clubs, Restaurants, Lions club events and many companies’ conventions. We have worked for Nike, FootLocker, Red Lobster, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Sensory Overload (NATURAL?), Conte Productions, Nissan, Exhibit Works, TBWA Chiat Day, IKEA Systems BV, Tattoo-Me Henna and many others.
